T.J. Hooker: The latest victim of a serial murderer known as the "Surfside Killer" turns out to be a police officer. Stacy, a close friend of the murdered girl, fits the description of each of the killer's victims - young blonde females, and volunteers herself to work undercover to try and draw out the murderer. Meanwhile, Hooker tries to win a bike for his daughter by eating fast-food hamburgers.
